I recalled when I first started in this industry, the natural perception was I needed to be more extroverted to succeed, more outgoing and more outspoken,
And I though that wasn't how I was naturally, I did all of that so that I could be numbered among those who were successful in this industry.
I eventually achieved coveted awards such as MDRT & COT. But while I gained respect and recognition - I lost the one thing that would make this all sustainable

Suddenly those awards and success felt meaningless and I found myself back to square one.
That was when I was introduced to God and my life took a turn for the better.
Grounded in my rediscovered identity, I began to approach this business in a different way - in was no longer about how good I looked but how effective I could impact the lives that are entrusted to me.
Not long I was able to climb back up again to attain MDRT and COT.
The only difference now?
I didn't lose myself in the process and I did it being ( very ) introverted.
Over the past 10years - social media has been one of the key tools I've used to help me in my business to attract leads and build a personal brand.
Through that process, I've made all the mistakes as an introvert and have overcame many of them and I'm running this masterclass to unpack what I have done so that you can avoid all the costly mistakes I made
